Please cut down your time on tv. No wasting time on-lining doing stuffs which just don't bring any good. At least study ABIT during weekdays. Stop telling yourself you're gonna study during saturdays and sundays cuz you know yourself that your weekends are much busier than your weekdays. Stop hallucinating. Please don't crash on the bed when it's only 10pm when that's the time you plan to study, telling yourself you're going to take a small 'rest', so called rest, end up sleeping until the next day. And don't forget you already had your 1hour nap. 4-5 hours of sleep is sufficient, according to i-forgot-who. but i like to sleep..how..sigh Forget about setting alarm at 4am to study, it ALWAYS doesn't work.
