SYMPTOMS: -sleep uncontrollably. -brain tends to shut down after 9pm. -often tempted by the bed. -sleep whenever, wherever.
TO CURE: -forget about alarm. it NEVER works. -jump 100 times. -smacks self. -hide the pillow. -absolute self control.
*************************************************************************** Seriously, i had been sleeping ALOT nowadays. even if i took a 1 1/2 hours of nap in the evening, i still sleep super early at night, like 10pm???what's wrong with me?? do i have multi extra sleeping hormones or what. Every night, i told myself, i'm gonna sleep not before 12, but it never happens. I just can't help feeling sleepy. I turned and looked at the bed, then start lying on it, thinking that "a few minutes of resting won't harm" but poof! the next moment i knew, it's already the next day. Maybe someone cast a sleeping spell on me.sigh, thanks to my dunno-why-tend-to-always-feel-sleepy mood, my days are not not NOT productive. What i heard once is human actually only need 4 hours of sleep a day, it's sufficient.But i calculated and i realised that i get 8 or 9 hours of sleep a day. That's double.Only babies or small kids sleep that long. I think insomnia will never happen to me.
